ABB 1SBN081313R2000 – BEY16-4 is an insulated star-delta starter connection set designed to simplify the power wiring between three ABB contactors used as the Line, Delta and Star contactors in a star-delta motor starter. The connection set uses insulated solid copper bars and includes the required interconnections for the star-delta arrangement: an upstream phase-to-phase connection between the Line and Delta contactors, a downstream parallel connection between the Delta and Star contactors, and the upstream star-point connection on the Star contactor. ABB specifies the BEY16-4 for AF09 through AF16 contactors, with compatibility also documented for equivalent AFC09–AFC16 and AFS09–AFS16 contactor ranges.
