ABB 1SAZ421201R1005 TA200DU-175 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor-protection relay designed to provide reliable protection of three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its adjustable setting range of 130 A to 175 A allows the relay to be matched to the motor's rated full-load current. It operates with Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for motors with normal starting characteristics. The TA200DU-175 provides temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. It includes one normally closed trip contact and one normally open signaling contact, allowing the overload relay to interrupt the contactor control circuit while simultaneously providing PLC feedback, alarm indication or remote fault signaling.
