ABB 1SAZ421201R1002 TA200DU-110 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor-protection relay designed to provide reliable protection for industrial motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. The thermal setting is adjustable from 80 A to 110 A, allowing the relay to be matched to the motor's rated full-load current. It operates according to Trip Class 10A, which is intended for motors with standard starting characteristics. The TA200DU-110 can be connected directly to compatible ABB block contactors, while a separate mounting arrangement is also supported using an accessory mounting kit. It features temperature compensation, trip-free mechanism, STOP and TEST functions, visible trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset.
