ABB 1SAZ421201R1003 TA200DU-135 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor protection relay designed for reliable protection of three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. It provides an adjustable setting range of 100 A to 135 A, enabling accurate matching to the motor's full-load current. The relay operates with Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for motors with normal starting characteristics. The TA200DU-135 features temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable automatic or manual reset. It incorporates one normally closed trip contact and one normally open signal contact, allowing the device to disconnect the contactor control circuit after an overload while also providing PLC feedback, fault alarm or remote signaling.
