ABB 1SAZ421201R1006 TA200DU-200 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor-protection relay designed to provide reliable protection for three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its adjustable thermal setting range of 150 A to 200 A allows the relay to be matched to the motor’s rated full-load current. It operates with Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for standard motor-starting applications. The TA200DU-200 features temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. It includes one normally closed trip contact (1NC) and one normally open signaling contact (1NO), allowing the overload condition to interrupt the contactor control circuit while also providing PLC feedback, alarm signaling or remote fault indication.
