ABB 1SAZ421201R1001 TA200DU-90 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor-protection relay designed for reliable protection of three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its adjustable current range of 66 A to 90 A allows the relay setting to be matched accurately to the motor's rated full-load current. It operates with Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for motors with normal starting characteristics. The TA200DU-90 incorporates temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. ABB provides one normally closed trip contact and one normally open signaling contact, enabling the relay to disconnect the contactor coil circuit after a trip while also providing alarm, PLC feedback or remote fault indication.
