ABB 1SAZ421201R1004 TA200DU-150 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor-protection relay designed to protect industrial three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its current setting can be adjusted from 110 A to 150 A, allowing the protection threshold to be matched to the motor's rated full-load current. The relay operates according to Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for motors with normal starting characteristics. The TA200DU-150 features temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. It contains one normally closed trip contact (1NC) and one normally open signaling contact (1NO), enabling contactor tripping plus alarm, PLC feedback or remote fault indication.
