ABB 1SAZ321201R2004 TA75DU-52M Thermal Overload Relay is a three-pole electromechanical motor-protection device designed to protect motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its adjustable current range of 36 A to 52 A allows the protection threshold to be matched accurately to the motor’s rated full-load current. It operates with Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for standard motor-starting applications. The TA75DU-52M is designed for direct mounting on compatible ABB block contactors, creating a compact motor starter arrangement. It provides temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. The unit includes one normally closed trip contact and one normally open signal contact for contactor control, alarms, PLC feedback and remote fault indication.
