ABB 1SAZ311201R2002 TA42DU-32M Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor-protection relay designed to protect three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its adjustable current setting range of 22 A to 32 A allows accurate matching with a motor's rated full-load current. The relay operates with Trip Class 10A, making it suitable for conventional motor-starting applications. The TA42DU-32M is designed for direct mounting on compatible ABB block contactors, forming a compact motor-starter assembly. It features temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. It also incorporates one normally closed trip contact and one normally open signaling contact for contactor control, fault alarm and PLC feedback.
