ABB 1SFA896213R7000 PSRC72-600-70 Soft starter is a 72 A three-phase soft starter from ABB’s PSRC series, designed for normal-start applications and compressor-oriented motor control. It operates on a 208–600 V AC main circuit with a 100–240 V AC control supply. ABB’s current catalogue rates this exact model for 37 kW at 400/415 V. The PSRC72-600-70 uses two-phase controlled soft-start technology and includes a built-in bypass, helping reduce starting torque shock, mechanical stress, heat generation, and power losses once the motor reaches full speed. ABB classifies the PSRC range for normal starts, Class 10, in-line applications.
