ABB 1SAT123000R1011 HF2.4-DOLE-24VDC Electronic Compact Starter is a compact direct-on-line safety motor starter from ABB’s HF range, combining motor switching, electronic overload protection, and an emergency-stop safety function in one device. It is designed for three-phase motors and non-resistive loads, with an adjustable motor-current range of 0.18–2.4 A and a 24 V DC control supply. The HF2.4-DOLE is rated for approximately 0.75 kW at 400 V and uses Class 10A electronic overload protection. It also provides phase-loss sensitivity and a compact 22.5 mm width, helping reduce panel space, wiring time, and component count compared with conventional contactor-plus-overload arrangements. A key feature of the DOLE version is its integrated emergency-stop safety capability. ABB specifies Safety Integrity Level SIL 3, Safety Category 3, and Performance Level up to PL e for this safety starter.
