ABB 1SAM201904R1001 UA1-24 is a 24 V AC undervoltage release designed for ABB manual motor starters and motor protection circuit breakers. It mounts on the left side of compatible devices such as MS116, MS132 and MO132. When the control supply voltage is lost or drops sufficiently, the UA1 releases the motor starter and prevents it from being switched back on until the required voltage is restored. This makes it especially suitable for no-voltage protection, emergency-stop circuits, motor safety systems, MCC panels, machine control panels and applications where automatic restart after power failure must be prevented.
