ABB 1SAM301901R1003 CK1-02 Short-Circuit Signaling Contact is a dedicated signaling accessory for ABB manual motor starters and motor protection circuit breakers. It features two normally closed (2NC) contacts and is designed specifically to indicate when the associated manual motor starter has tripped due to a short-circuit fault. The CK1-02 is installed on the right-hand side of the motor protection device and uses robust screw-terminal connections. Unlike a standard auxiliary contact used mainly for ON/OFF status, the CK1 series is intended to provide dedicated short-circuit fault feedback. This makes it useful for PLC inputs, alarm circuits, fault annunciation, MCC panels, industrial automation systems and machine protection circuits.
