ABB 1SAZ401110R0001 DB200 Single Mounting Kit is an accessory designed to enable compatible ABB thermal overload relays to be installed independently from the contactor. Instead of mounting the overload relay directly beneath or onto a contactor, the DB200 provides the necessary mounting arrangement for separate installation inside an MCC panel, motor-control panel or industrial switchboard. The DB200 is used with ABB’s higher-current TA110DU and TA200DU thermal overload relay families. This mounting arrangement is useful when panel layout, wiring requirements, available space or the motor-starter design requires the overload relay to be positioned separately from the contactor. ABB’s current 2025/2026 motor-protection catalog lists the DB200 under overload-relay accessories with an approximate unit weight of 0.225 kg.
