ABB 1SAX301110R1001 DB80E Single Mounting Kit is a dedicated mounting accessory for the ABB E80DU electronic overload relay family. Its purpose is to enable the overload relay to be installed independently from the contactor, instead of being mounted directly beneath or onto the contactor. This separate mounting arrangement is useful in electrical panels where panel layout, wiring routing, service access, heat management or equipment spacing requires the electronic overload relay to be positioned separately. The DB80E provides the mechanical mounting interface required for standalone E80DU installation. Typical applications include MCC panels, DOL starters, star-delta starters, industrial machinery, pump panels, compressor control panels, conveyors, HVAC motor control systems and automation panels.
