ABB 1SAZ301110R0001 DB80 Single Mounting Kit is a dedicated mounting accessory for ABB thermal overload relays. It enables a compatible overload relay to be installed as a standalone or independently mounted device, which is useful when the panel design does not allow direct mounting underneath the contactor or when a separate wiring arrangement is preferred. The DB80 supports a 3-pole main circuit with rated operational current up to 80 A AC-3, 690 V rated operational and insulation voltage, and 6 kV impulse withstand voltage. It uses durable screw-terminal connections and can be mounted in industrial motor-control panels, MCCs, DOL starters, star-delta starters and machine-control systems.
