ABB 1SAX111001R1104 E16DU-6.3 Electronic Overload Relay is a self-supplied electronic motor-protection relay designed to provide reliable protection of three-phase motors against overload and phase-failure conditions. Its wide adjustable current range of 2.0 A to 6.3 A allows accurate matching with the motor’s rated current. A major advantage of the E16DU-6.3 is its selectable Trip Class 10E, 20E or 30E, allowing the relay to be adapted to motors with different starting times and operating requirements. The relay is self-supplied, so no additional external power supply is necessary for its basic electronic motor-protection function. The unit incorporates one normally closed trip contact (1NC) and one normally open signaling contact (1NO). It also provides temperature compensation, trip-free operation, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset.
