ABB 1SAX111001R1102 E16DU-1.0 Electronic Overload Relay is a self-supplied electronic motor-protection relay designed to protect three-phase motors against overload and phase failure. Its wide adjustable setting range of 0.30 A to 1.00 A allows accurate matching to the motor’s rated current, while selectable Trip Classes 10E, 20E and 30E make it suitable for motors with different starting durations and operating characteristics. The E16DU-1.0 does not require a separate external power supply for its basic protection function. It includes temperature compensation, trip-free mechanism, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable automatic or manual reset. It also provides 1 NC trip contact and 1 NO signaling contact, which can be used for contactor tripping, PLC feedback, alarm indication and remote fault signaling.
