ABB 1SAM360000R1008 MO132-4.0 is a compact 45 mm magnetic-only manual motor starter designed for switching motors and electrical loads while providing reliable, fuse less short-circuit protection. It has a rated operational current of 4.0 A, a rated motor power of approximately 1.5 kW at 400–415 V, and an instantaneous short-circuit trip setting of 50 A. ABB technical data lists a 100 kA short-circuit breaking capacity at 400 V AC. The MO132-4.0 includes a built-in disconnect function, trip-free mechanism and lockable rotary handle with clear switch-position indication. ABB also supports accessories such as auxiliary contacts, signaling contacts, undervoltage releases, shunt trips, three-phase busbars and power in-feed blocks.
