ABB 1SAM350000R1011 (MS132-16) is a compact Manual Motor Starter (MMS), also commonly referred to as a Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB), designed for manual switching, isolation and protection of electric motors. It features an adjustable thermal overload setting range of 10 to 16 A, a rated operational current of 16 A, and trip class 10. The starter combines thermal overload and magnetic short-circuit protection while also providing protection against phase-failure conditions. The MS132-16 uses a compact 3-pole, 45 mm-wide construction, 690 V rated insulation voltage and screw-terminal connections. For standard 400 V AC three-phase applications, this model corresponds to approximately 7.5 kW motor power. Typical applications include pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, conveyors, machine tools, OEM machinery, automation panels and industrial motor-control systems.
