ABB 1SAM250000R1015 (MS116-32) is a compact Manual Motor Starter (MMS), also known as a Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB), designed for switching, isolation and protection of electric motors. It features an adjustable thermal overload setting range of 25 to 32 A, with a rated operational current of 32 A and trip class 10A. At 400 V AC, ABB specifies a rated service short-circuit breaking capacity (Ics) of 10 kA. The device also provides protection against motor overload, short circuits and phase failure. The MS116-32 has a compact 45 mm-wide, 3-pole design, 690 V rated insulation voltage and screw-terminal connections. Additional features include a built-in disconnect function, temperature compensation, trip-free mechanism and a rotary handle with clear ON/OFF indication.
