ABB 1SAM250000R1010 (MS116-10) is a compact Manual Motor Starter (MMS), also known as a Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB), designed for manual switching and reliable protection of electric motors. It has an adjustable overload setting range of 6.3 to 10 A, a rated operational current of 10 A, and trip class 10A. The MS116-10 provides protection against overload, short circuits and phase failure. At 400 V AC, ABB specifies a rated service short-circuit breaking capacity Ics of 50 kA and rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity Icu of 75 kA. The unit has a 690 V rated insulation voltage, three-pole construction, screw terminals and a compact 45 mm width.
