ABB 1SAM250000R1002 (MS116-0.25) is a compact Manual Motor Starter (MMS), also commonly used as a Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB), designed for switching and protecting small three-phase motors. It provides an adjustable thermal overload setting range of 0.16 to 0.25 A, with trip class 10A, allowing appropriate protection against prolonged motor overload conditions. The MS116 series also incorporates magnetic short-circuit protection and offers a high breaking capacity of approximately 50 kA at 400 V AC. Typical applications include small motors, pumps, fans, machine tools, OEM machinery, automation panels and industrial control systems.
