ABB 1SAM250000R1001 (MS116-0.16) is a compact Manual Motor Starter (MMS), commonly referred to as an MPCB, designed for switching and protecting three-phase motors against overload and short-circuit conditions. It features an adjustable current setting range of 0.10 to 0.16 A and trip class 10A. ABB’s technical catalogue specifies approximately 0.03 kW motor power at 400 V for this setting range and a 50 kA ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu) at 400 V. The MS116 range also provides clear ON/OFF switch-position indication and uses screw-terminal connections.
