The ABB M1M 30 Modbus is an advanced digital panel-mounted power meter designed for monitoring electrical systems and analysing power quality in industrial and commercial installations. It measures key electrical parameters, including current, voltage, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor. It also supports harmonic analysis up to the 40th harmonic and internal data logging for historical monitoring and demand-management applications.

The meter features an LCD display, current transformer (CT) inputs rated at 1 A or 5 A, and an auxiliary supply of 100–230 V AC/DC. Its Modbus RTU communication enables integration with PLCs, SCADA systems and energy-management platforms. Two digital outputs support pulse signaling or other configured monitoring functions. It is suitable for electrical distribution panels, switchboards and power-quality monitoring systems.
