The ABB M1M 15 Modbus is a digital panel-mounted electrical measuring instrument designed to monitor electrical parameters and energy consumption in industrial and commercial power distribution systems. It measures current, voltage, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and energy-related parameters using true RMS measurement.

The meter features an LED display, supports current transformer (CT) inputs of 1 A or 5 A, and uses an auxiliary supply of 100–230 V AC/DC. Its Modbus RTU communication capability allows measured data to be transmitted over a serial communication network for integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, building management systems and energy monitoring platforms. The device is designed for front-panel mounting in electrical switchboards and distribution panels.
