It provides a mechanical locking function that keeps the rotary handle and circuit breaker in the open (OFF) position, helping prevent accidental or unauthorized operation during maintenance and electrical isolation procedures. The device uses a Ronis 1228 key system with several/different keys, allowing controlled access to the circuit breaker.
